Early Contributor Agreement

1. Eligibility

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You personally received the treatment described in your submission.
• Your treatment and provider meet the eligibility requirements shown in the submission form.
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are legally able to enter into this Agreement.

2. Your contribution

Your “Contribution” includes the information and materials you submit, including:

• Written experiences and responses.
• Ratings.
• Treatment and procedure details.
• Provider or clinic information.
• Pricing.
• Recovery timelines and results.
• Photographs and videos.
• Profile information.
• Follow-up updates.

3. Genuine, firsthand experience

You confirm that your Contribution:

• Describes your genuine, firsthand experience.
• Was not written by a provider, clinic, competitor, or another person on your behalf.
• Does not intentionally contain false or misleading information.
• Does not impersonate another person.
• Accurately describes your treatment and photographs to the best of your knowledge.

You must disclose any relevant relationship or benefit connected to the treatment, including whether:

• The treatment was free, gifted, discounted, or refunded.
• You were paid or rewarded by the provider or another company.
• You are employed by, related to, or personally connected with the provider.
• You received a referral benefit, affiliate payment, or other incentive.

4. Compensation

If your submission is eligible, complete, and accepted by Aestie, Aestie will pay you an amount based on the current offer for your eligible treatment and location using the payment method described in the submission process.

Payment is for the time and effort required to complete the submission. Payment is not conditioned on:

• Whether your experience was positive or negative.
• A particular rating.
• Whether you recommend the provider.
• A favorable treatment result.
• Changing or removing criticism.

Aestie may decline or withhold payment for submissions that are incomplete, duplicative, fraudulent, copied, materially misleading, or in violation of this Agreement or Aestie's policies.

Unless otherwise stated, only one payment is available for each eligible treatment journey.

Aestie may collect information needed to process your payment. Payment information will not be displayed publicly.

If your Contribution is published, Aestie will identify it as a compensated contribution.

5. Public publication

You understand and agree that Aestie may publish your Contribution on its website, application, provider pages, and other Aestie platform features.

Published information may include:

• Your photographs or videos.
• Treatment and procedure details.
• Provider or clinic information.
• Pricing.
• Recovery timeline.
• Ratings.
• Results.
• Written experience.
• A username or pseudonymous profile.

Aestie will not intentionally display your legal name or email as part of your public journey unless you separately authorize it.

However, your photographs, provider, treatment details, location, physical features, writing, or other submitted information may allow people to recognize or identify you. Aestie cannot guarantee that you will remain anonymous.

6. Permission to use your Contribution

You retain any ownership rights you have in your original Contribution.

You grant Aestie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Host, store, reproduce, publish, and publicly display your Contribution.
• Format, crop, resize, compress, caption, organize, or redact it.
• Create thumbnails, excerpts, previews, and platform layouts.
• Use it to operate, improve, moderate, secure, and promote the Aestie platform.
• Allow Aestie's service providers to process it on Aestie's behalf.

Aestie may make minor edits for grammar, formatting, length, privacy, accessibility, or clarity, but will not intentionally change the substance or sentiment of your experience.

That payment is consideration for the rights granted under this Agreement. You will not receive royalties or additional compensation unless Aestie agrees otherwise in writing.

7. Photographs and other materials

You confirm that:

• You own the materials you submit or have permission to submit them.
• You are the person shown in the treatment photographs unless clearly disclosed otherwise.
• No other identifiable person appears without their permission.
• The materials do not violate another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• The materials have not been materially altered in a misleading way.

You must disclose material filters, retouching, AI generation, or other alterations that could misrepresent the treatment result.

Do not submit:

• Identification documents.
• Medical-record numbers.
• Home addresses.
• Another person's private medical information.
• Images of minors.
• Materials copied from a provider, photographer, social-media account, or website unless you have permission.

8. Marketing use

By participating in Aestie's paid seed contributor program, you authorize Aestie to use your submitted content in Aestie's website, application, social media, promotional emails, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Aestie may use excerpts, thumbnails, links, photographs, videos, ratings, and other parts of your Contribution to promote Aestie. Aestie will not intentionally change the substance or sentiment of your experience.

9. Compensated-content disclosure

If Aestie publishes your compensated Contribution, Aestie will display a disclosure stating that Aestie paid you to submit the journey and that payment was not conditioned on your opinion, rating, recommendation, or treatment outcome.

You may not require Aestie to hide the fact that your Contribution was compensated.

10. Review and acceptance

Aestie may review your submission for completeness, eligibility, quality, and compliance with this Agreement.

Aestie's acceptance of a Contribution does not mean that Aestie:

• Independently verified that the treatment occurred.
• Confirmed the medical accuracy of the Contribution.
• Endorses the provider.
• Guarantees the accuracy of every detail.
• Guarantees the treatment result.

Aestie may contact you using the email address you provide to process your submission, ask follow-up questions, and send payment.

11. Moderation and removal

Aestie may review, delay, edit, label, restrict, reject, or remove a Contribution if it:

• Violates this Agreement or Aestie's policies.
• Appears fraudulent or materially misleading.
• Violates another person's rights.
• Contains prohibited personal information.
• Creates a legitimate privacy or safety concern.
• Is subject to a valid legal request or court order.

Aestie will not remove or suppress a genuine negative experience merely because a provider disagrees with it or has a commercial relationship with Aestie.

12. Corrections and removal requests

You may contact Aestie at support@aestie.co to request:

• Correction of an objective error.
• An update to your journey.
• Removal or restriction of certain photographs.
• Withdrawal of future marketing permission.

For privacy rights or privacy concerns, contact privacy@aestie.co.

Aestie will evaluate requests based on applicable law, platform integrity, safety, and the circumstances of the request.

Deleting your account or requesting removal may not require Aestie to delete:

• Payment and tax records.
• Fraud-prevention records.
• Legal or dispute records.
• Information already included in aggregated or de-identified analysis.
• Information Aestie must retain to comply with law.
• Copies already distributed outside Aestie's reasonable control.

Aestie may anonymize, restrict, or remove public content where appropriate.

13. Provider disputes

A provider may report a Contribution and submit information supporting a correction request.

Aestie may contact you to request clarification. Aestie may correct objectively verifiable details, such as a provider name, procedure category, or price, without intentionally changing your genuine opinion.

A provider's disagreement with your reported experience or opinion does not automatically require removal.

14. Privacy

Aestie will process your information as described in its Privacy Policy.

You understand that treatment information and photographs may be sensitive. You should submit only information you are comfortable providing and, where identified as public, having published.

15. No medical relationship

Aestie is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Submitting a Contribution does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Aestie. Aestie does not determine whether a treatment was medically appropriate or whether a provider met a professional standard of care.

16. No employment relationship

Your participation does not make you an employee, agent, representative, partner, or contractor of Aestie.

You are responsible for any taxes that legally apply to your payment.

17. Release

To the extent permitted by law, you release Aestie and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from Aestie's authorized use of your Contribution in accordance with this Agreement.

This release does not waive claims that cannot legally be waived or claims arising from Aestie's use of your Contribution outside the rights granted under this Agreement.

18. Relationship to other Aestie terms

Aestie's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to your participation.

If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Use regarding your compensated seed Contribution, this Agreement controls for that Contribution.

19. Changes to this Agreement

The version you accept will govern the Contribution submitted under that version.

Aestie may update this Agreement for future submissions. Material changes will not retroactively expand Aestie's rights to an existing Contribution without additional consent where legally required.

Electronic acceptance

By checking the agreement box and submitting your Contribution, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to this Early Contributor Agreement.
• You agree to Aestie's Terms of Use.
• You acknowledge Aestie's Privacy Policy.
• You understand and agree to the collection, use, and publication described above.
